The PIKE House
Epsilon Gamma Chapter at Texas Tech University Wins the Third House of the Quarter
Epsilon Gamma Chapter's lodge now has a renovated kitchen with an industrial-sized sink and refrigerator, all compliments of their Mom's Club. Mom's clubs are a tradition nearly as old as the Fraternity itself but rarely used in recent history. They are truly a “win-win” program, and the chapter is commended for involving their parents in this manner. A sports court was also recently installed on the grounds of this relatively young facility. The chapter members clean the lodge every Sunday at 1:30 PM and all repairs are overseen by the chapter advisor in conjunction with the house corporation as needed.
Epsilon Gamma Chapter's adherence to the OCS enables them to effectively fund the management of this four-year-old facility and empowers the house corporation to create and focus on long term goals.
