PIKE University

The premier fraternity leadership and education program

PIKE U

PIKE University is the only fraternity-sponsored leadership program that provides regional summits for general members in addition to programs offered for chapter leaders. In August of 2017, Town & Country Magazine named Pi Kappa Alpha among the most prestigious fraternities in America, citing the Fraternity as a leading competitor for leadership programs.

The PIKE U Edge

PIKE U is totally committed to making these young men—and every PIKE—better. When young men attend PIKE U, they gain the edge. They set the standards that foster success, and in return:

  • They are equipped with leadership and motivational skills to lead their chapters.
  • They have a better understanding of operational best practices.
  • They take away strategies to handle the stresses and challenges of college life and have a positive influence on their peers.
  • Their chapter is more likely to earn a higher GPA.
  • They attract, recruit and retain 44% more men than chapters that don’t attend PIKE U.
  • They achieve greater success as an individual and as a group.

Our undergraduates return to their chapters from PIKE University events equipped with the knowledge and skills to make impactful change. In episode 014 of the PIKE Podcast, Director of Educational Content & Strategy Jarrett Way (North Texas, Epsilon Delta '13) sits down with Education Officer Danny Ryan (Missouri S&T, Alpha Kappa ’06) to talk about the value of this educational programming and how it can transform your chapter.
