The chief operating officer is responsible for overseeing the Fraternity functions that support alumni & volunteer, expansion, recruitment, and services; as well as the management of staff in those areas. The chief operating officer will also assist in execution of the Fraternity's strategic plan and maintain contact with all related constituents.

The director of risk education and prevention oversees the development of curriculum and resources in the areas of risk awareness, prevention strategies, and member accountability. She is a featured speaker at PIKE University events and can provide targeted intervention efforts for chapters and also serve as a higher education counsel to the Fraternity.

Farris serves chapters east of the Mississippi river with the exception of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Mississippi which are served by Erik Fournier.

The director of chapter services coordinates chapter consultant travel and visits, develops member educational programming and serves as the primary liaison to chapters and school support personnel. Seger serves chapters west of the Mississippi river, plus Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Mississippi and the Canadian Province of Alberta.
Membership Reporting and Records Management
The membership reporting and records manager processes all membership information including new members, initiations, member transfers, status changes (graduation), and chapter rosters; processes information from consultant reports; maintains statistics and provides regular updates on membership information.

Director of Alumni Engagement
The director of alumni engagement implements alumni engagement initiatives and helps to develop non-traditional volunteer opportunities. He will focus his attention on alumni associations, providing support and value to the 150 existing chapter and area-based alumni groups, and organize new associations where they do not currently exist.

Director of Expansion
The director of expansion contributes to the growth of the Fraternity through the establishment of new chapters with our proprietary expansion process. He prospects colleges and universities, coordinates staff to recruit new members, assembles advisory boards for colonies, and provides resources for new chapters to become installed.
Director of Membership Growth
The director of membership growth is responsible for all recruitment-related training, PIKE University recruitment curriculum, and chapter resources. He organizes regional recruitment workshops, 120+ staff recruitment visits, and handles all referrals through the Fraternity website.

The Education Officer works with the PIKE University board of directors in setting the strategic direction and vision of PIKE University, including events, curriculum, and the PIKE membership development program, The True PIKE Experience.

Executive Vice President & CEO
The executive vice president is the chief executive officer of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the operations of the organizations and hires all executive staff. He supervises the Fraternity's services, recruitment, and promotions, and manages PIKE University.
Chief Financial Officer
The chief financial officer defines the processes and implements the infrastructure/systems necessary to support the financial operations of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the accounting department and manages the liability protection and property insurance programs.

Chief Real Estate Officer
The chief real estate officer is the chief operating officer of White Horse Holding Corporation and the International Fraternity's real estate operations; responsible for all real estate matters and related programs of the Fraternity, including its real estate lending operation. He oversees the real estate owned and managed by White Horse Holding Corporation and administers its business affairs.
Director of Real Estate
The director of real estate is the primary contact for chapters and house corporations on all housing related matters. In addition, he oversees the real estate related educational and support materials of the Fraternity and is directly involved with all programs and operations of the Real Estate Department and White Horse Capital, Inc.

The director of creative services/editor oversees all Fraternity publications and educational materials, develops materials for conferences and conventions, and works with the Fraternity's website. She is in charge of editing, layout, design and production of the Shield & Diamond and other Fraternity publications, as well as soliciting writing contributions for the Shield & Diamond and featuring distinguished alumni, undergraduates and Fraternal activities in the magazine.
