The chief operating officer is responsible for overseeing the Fraternity functions that support alumni & volunteer, expansion, recruitment, and services; as well as the management of staff in those areas. The chief operating officer will also assist in execution of the Fraternity's strategic plan and maintain contact with all related constituents.

The executive vice president is the chief executive officer of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the operations of the organizations and hires all executive staff. He supervises the Fraternity's services, recruitment, and promotions, and manages PIKE University.

The chief financial officer defines the processes and implements the infrastructure/systems necessary to support the financial operations of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the accounting department and manages the liability protection and property insurance programs.

The chief real estate officer is the chief operating officer of White Horse Holding Corporation and the International Fraternity's real estate operations; responsible for all real estate matters and related programs of the Fraternity, including its real estate lending operation. He oversees the real estate owned and managed by White Horse Holding Corporation and administers its business affairs.
Senior Director of Real Estate
The senior director of real estate is the primary contact for chapters and house corporations on all housing related matters. In addition, he oversees the real estate related educational and support materials of the Fraternity and is directly involved with all programs and operations of the Real Estate Department and White Horse Capital, Inc.

Senior Director of Marketing & Communications
The senior director of marketing & communications collaborates with the marketing team, services, Foundation, and PIKE U teams to develop and execute innovative marketing tactics to meet organizational goals. This includes soliciting, writing, and editing submissions for the Shield & Diamond and maintaining a prominent, positive brand presence on social media.

The director of creative services/editor oversees all Fraternity publications and educational materials, develops materials for conferences and conventions, and works with the Fraternity's website. She is in charge of editing, layout, design and production of the Shield & Diamond and other Fraternity publications, as well as soliciting writing contributions for the Shield & Diamond and featuring distinguished alumni, undergraduates and Fraternal activities in the magazine.

The office manager oversees the daily operations of the Memorial Headquarters office. She also provides support to multiple executive positions, serves as liaison to the International Officer corps, assists with Fraternity programs, and provides assistance to those who contact the Memorial Headquarters office by phone.
