Chief Operating Officer
The chief operating officer is responsible for overseeing the Fraternity functions that support alumni & volunteer, expansion, recruitment, and services; as well as the management of staff in those areas. The chief operating officer will also assist in execution of the Fraternity's strategic plan and maintain contact with all related constituents.
Director of Health and Safety
The director of risk education and prevention oversees the development of curriculum and resources in the areas of risk awareness, prevention strategies, and member accountability. She is a featured speaker at PIKE University events and can provide targeted intervention efforts for chapters and also serve as a higher education counsel to the Fraternity.

The director of chapter services coordinates chapter consultant travel and visits, develops member educational programming and serves as the primary liaison to chapters and school support personnel. Farris serves chapters east of the Mississippi river with the exception of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Mississippi which are served by Logan Seger.

The membership reporting and records manager processes all membership information including new members, initiations, member transfers, status changes (graduation), and chapter rosters; processes information from consultant reports; maintains statistics and provides regular updates on membership information.

The director of alumni engagement implements alumni engagement initiatives and helps to develop non-traditional volunteer opportunities. He will focus his attention on alumni associations, providing support and value to the 150 existing chapter and area-based alumni groups, and organize new associations where they do not currently exist.

Director of Expansion
The director of expansion contributes to the growth of the Fraternity through the establishment of new chapters with our proprietary expansion process. He prospects colleges and universities, coordinates staff to recruit new members, assembles advisory boards for colonies, and provides resources for new chapters to become installed.

The Education Officer works with the PIKE University board of directors in setting the strategic direction and vision of PIKE University, including events, curriculum, and the PIKE membership development program, The True PIKE Experience.

The Director of Membership Development provides support and direction to chapters working to implement the PIKE membership development program, The True PIKE Experience, while enhancing all supplemental programming and online resources for the program.
The event coordinator is responsible for the marketing and promotion of PIKE University including events and the impact it has on Pi Kappa Alpha members and chapters; enhancement of the certification program; and logistical execution of agendas, faculty, and registration.

Executive Vice President & CEO
The executive vice president is the chief executive officer of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the operations of the organizations and hires all executive staff. He supervises the Fraternity's services, recruitment, and promotions, and manages PIKE University.
Chief Financial Officer
The chief financial officer defines the processes and implements the infrastructure/systems necessary to support the financial operations of the Fraternity and affiliated corporate entities. He oversees the accounting department and manages the liability protection and property insurance programs.

Chief Real Estate Officer
The chief real estate officer is the chief operating officer of White Horse Holding Corporation and the International Fraternity's real estate operations; responsible for all real estate matters and related programs of the Fraternity, including its real estate lending operation. He oversees the real estate owned and managed by White Horse Holding Corporation and administers its business affairs.
Director of Real Estate
The director of real estate is the primary contact for chapters and house corporations on all housing related matters. In addition, he oversees the real estate related educational and support materials of the Fraternity and is directly involved with all programs and operations of the Real Estate Department and White Horse Capital, Inc.

The chief marketing officer manages four major functional areas including: 1) general marketing, communications and branding strategy and programs for Pi Kappa Alpha and Pi Kappa Alpha Foundation; 2) creation, development and maintenance of all publications; 3) oversight of the development and maintenance of the Fraternity's website and other electronic communications technology; and 4) handling or coordinating media relations for Pi Kappa Alpha and its affiliated entities.

Director of Creative Services/Editor
The director of creative services/editor oversees all Fraternity publications and educational materials, develops materials for conferences and conventions, and works with the Fraternity's website. She is in charge of editing, layout, design and production of the Shield & Diamond and other Fraternity publications, as well as soliciting writing contributions for the Shield & Diamond and featuring distinguished alumni, undergraduates and Fraternal activities in the magazine.
The communications coordinator collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative marketing tactics to support Fraternity business objectives. She is part of the editorial staff for the Shield & Diamond, develops social media campaigns, and provides copy writing for multiple projects.
