Chapter Services
Lance A Horner
Chief Operating OfficerThe chief operating officer is responsible for overseeing the Fraternity functions that support alumni & volunteer, expansion, recruitment, and services; as well as the management of staff in those areas. The chief operating officer will also assist in execution of the Fraternity's strategic plan and maintain contact with all related constituents.

Director of Health and SafetyThe director of health and safety oversees the development of curriculum and resources in the areas of risk awareness, prevention strategies, and member accountability. She is a featured speaker at PIKE University events and can provide targeted intervention efforts for chapters and also serve as a higher education counsel to the Fraternity.

Director of Services-EastThe director of chapter services coordinates chapter consultant travel and visits, develops member educational programming and serves as the primary liaison to chapters and school support personnel. Locke serves all chapter in the following states: Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Canadian Province of Ontario.

Hills serves chapters west of the Mississippi river (excluding Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana). In addition to Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and the Canadian Province of Alberta.

Membership Reporting and Records ManagementThe membership reporting and records manager processes all membership information including new members, initiations, member transfers, status changes (graduation), and chapter rosters; processes information from consultant reports; maintains statistics and provides regular updates on membership information.

Director of Alumni EngagementThe director of alumni engagement implements alumni engagement initiatives and helps to develop non-traditional volunteer opportunities. He will focus his attention on alumni associations, providing support and value to the 150 existing chapter and area-based alumni groups, and organize new associations where they do not currently exist.

Recruitment & Expansion

Director of ExpansionThe director of expansion contributes to the growth of the Fraternity through the establishment of new chapters with our proprietary expansion process. He prospects colleges and universities, coordinates staff to recruit new members, assembles advisory boards for colonies, and provides resources for new chapters to become installed.

Chief Real Estate OfficerThe chief real estate officer is the chief operating officer of White Horse Holding Corporation and the International Fraternity's real estate operations; responsible for all real estate matters and related programs of the Fraternity, including its real estate lending operation. He oversees the real estate owned and managed by White Horse Holding Corporation and administers its business affairs.

Director of Marketing & CommunicationsThe director of marketing and communications is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term marketing & communication vision for the Pi Kappa Alpha brand, which promotes its unique position in the marketplace. Responsibilities include planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing and communications. Directs the efforts of the marketing and communications staff and coordinates at strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Fraternity.

Director of Creative Services/EditorThe director of creative services/editor oversees all Fraternity publications and educational materials, develops materials for conferences and conventions, and works with the Fraternity's website. She is in charge of editing, layout, design and production of the Shield & Diamond and other Fraternity publications, as well as soliciting writing contributions for the Shield & Diamond and featuring distinguished alumni, undergraduates and Fraternal activities in the magazine.
