March 2018 Pike of the Month

MEMPHIS, TN - Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity is pleased to announce Bryan Wuske (Toledo, Epsilon Epsilon ’16) as the March 2018 Pike of the Month. Pike of the Month award recipients demonstrate the True Pike ideals, working to improve themselves and having a positive impact on their chapters, campuses, and communities.
Wuske, a sophomore at the University of Toledo, was nominated for demonstrating superior leadership in his chapter, on campus, and in the community.
On campus, he serves as a university orientation guide and an emerging leader. In addition, Wuske is a member of Leadership through Service, Pre-Nursing Student Organization, Wrestling Club, the RockeTHON Financial Team Committee, and Lambda Sigma Honor Society. He serves his community by volunteering with Relay for Life, Haiti Hut Outreach, Wrap Up Toledo, Monroe Street UMC, Bridge Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Big Event, and Love from Chase. He also served as an intern for UT blood drive.
Wuske is passionate about serving others and is going on a mission trip to Haiti over spring break.
In the classroom, Wuske has maintained a 3.7 GPA and is starting Toledo’s nursing program in the fall.
Additionally, he has led Epsilon Epsilon Chapter in several roles including the recruitment committee, philanthropy chairman, new member class president, and his current position as chapter president.
Wuske plans to pursue a career as a registered nurse upon graduation. After a few years in the workforce, he intends to return to school to become a nurse anesthetist.
