Clay Moyer Recognized as Pike of the Month for August 2018

MEMPHIS, TN - Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity is pleased to announce Clay Moyer (Tulsa, Gamma Upsilon ’16) as the August 2018 Pike of the Month. Pike of the Month award recipients demonstrate the True Pike ideals, working to improve themselves and having a positive impact on their chapters, campuses, and communities.
Moyer, a junior at the University of Tulsa, was nominated for demonstrating superior leadership in his chapter, on campus, and in the community.
On campus, he serves as the chairman of the founding committee and the president of Aspiring Management and Marketing Professionals, an executive committee member of the Global Scholars program, a member of the university’s honors program, and as head coordinator of the Kendall-Whittier Nutritional Education program.
In addition to his campus involvement, Moyer has maintained a 4.0 GPA, and he was recognized as one of the university’s top 10 outstanding freshmen.
Within Gamma Upsilon Chapter, he served as new member class president, community service chairman, IFC delegate, and continuing education chairman. Moyer also received the chapter’s Robertson Howard Award for Academic Excellence.
A business management major specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation, he recently completed an internship with Advanced Biocontrollers and previously served as an on-call branch office administrator for Edward Jones Investments.
