The chief real estate officer is the chief operating officer of the Holding Corporation and Chapter House Fund. He supervises the Fraternity’s housing properties, manages the chapter loan program and serves as the primary resource to local house corporations.

The senior director of real estate manages the properties owned and controlled by the Holding Corporation, assists with the loan program and oversees programs that support local house corporations.

The director of real estate is the primary contact for chapters and house corporations on all housing related matters. In addition, Reuben will oversee the real estate related educational and support materials of the Fraternity and be directly involved with all programs and operations of the Real Estate Department and White Horse Capital, Inc.

The real estate administrative assistant assists the executive real estate officer and provides general support to all aspects of the department, including administration of the life safety grants and servicing elements of the loan programs.
