Kappa Omega Chapter

2005 International Work Day Alumni Involvement Award

Kappa Omega Chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater won the Pi Kappa Alpha 2005 International Work Day award for Alumni Involvement. Alumni helped undergraduate brothers build an attractive fire pit for the chapter to enjoy.

The Volunteer Forum

The Pike University Volunteer Forum is an educational program designed specifically for the Fraternity's volunteers: house corporation officers, chapter advisors and alumni association leaders. At right, alumnus volunteers Kyle Mathiot (Drexel, Lambda Zeta '01) and Scott Hammatt (Louisiana State, Alpha Gamma '98) enjoyed dinner at the Pike Memorial Headquarters during the 2005 Vounteer Forum. Chapter Advisors Make A Difference

"Giving back to the Fraternity and the chapter can be an incredibly rewarding experience. So far, it's been a tremendous amount of fun as well. Pi Kappa Alpha has given so much to all of us, and it's an honor to give something back. The undergraduates need and want the support of alumni who have been there before and can help show the way."

– Evan Kaplan (American, Kappa Upsilon '98), chapter advisor to Kappa Upsilon Chapter
