Chapter Services is led by the Director of Chapter Services who works with a team of staff members to provide consulting services to all of Pi Kappa Alpha's chapters. The goal of the Chapters Services department is to effectively encourage undergraduate chapters and their members to advance and achieve.
The Chapter Services department also works with volunteer alumni who serve as chapter advisors to ensure that undergraduate members of the chapter receive the most from their fraternity experience.
