2008 INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION DELEGATE CONFIRMATION

 

This form must be returned to Memorial Headquarters by June 1, 2008. The individual named below is the duly authorized delegate of this chapter or alumni association and is entitled to such benefits as may be provided by the Fraternity to Convention delegates. Furthermore, he accepts the responsibility and obligations of that position.

PLEASE NOTE: Article IV, Section 3. Delegates to the Convention shall be elected by the chapter or association that each represents, and must be members in good standing of the chapters or associations electing them. No delegates shall be permitted to vote at the Convention until the dues and assessments of the chapter or association that he represents are paid in full.

Please remember, in accordance with Code VI, Section 2, each Convention delegate may be eligible to receive a Convention mileage allowance based on 10 cents per mile roundtrip from the chapter location to the hotel if the chapter has a zero balance to the Fraternity’s Operating Fund. Funds may be disbursed via a form available on the Pike website at www.pikes.org. Funds not used by chapters that attended the Convention may be available for other 2008-2009 Pike University events.
